- Launch follow-up: A weekly follow-up is set up during the 1st month of the launch with management and each employee.
- Partnership follow-up: at the end of the 1st month, monthly individual monitoring is set up throughout the partnership.
- Continuing education : Ongoing training is provided to keep partners abreast of product developments. Training can be provided in a variety of formats: telephone, video, tutorial sheet, etc.
The assessment covers two levels:
- Level 1: Learner satisfaction is measured at the end of the training course using an on-the-spot evaluation questionnaire.
- Level 2: Partial summaries and formative assessments will be offered to learners throughout the training course, to assess what they have learnt in a work situation. At the end of the course, practical exercises will be carried out to identify what has been learnt and what is lacking, so that remedial action can be taken.
