Open since 2001, the family-run Pompes Funèbres Inter Funéraire organizes all funeral services in and around Seysses (Haute-Garonne). The challenge

Prior to using Simplifia, Inter funéraire used only commercial management software to produce its estimates, orders and invoices. This software was ill-suited to the funeral market and to the way undertakers operate, and had too many limitations.

There was no automation, and each action had to be re-entered throughout the quotation process. This led to a large number of errors and omissions. "We had manually created all the documents in Word and printed them out each time to fill them in by hand." For each family, it took a minimum of two hours to complete an order.
